Katherine Masters, Lecturer in Chemistry and a C.I. Nolls and Atherton award winner and Larkin Hood of the Schreyer Institute will present this workshop on August 13th from 11 am till 1 pm in 120 Thomas Building. This workshop will focus on the important role a syllabus plays in establishing and maximizing a positive learning environment for the instructor and the students. Participants will engage in activities that will guide them in developing an effective syllabus.  They will also discuss a newly implemented ECoS SRTE question and how it connects directly to their courses' syllabi.
